For the high school graduation cookies (OJR), I suggest some of the paws, caps, gowns in red and white. We can also add a name to the caps. (1.5 dozen)

For the college cookies, we could do some printed mascots, and some "Good Luck, Erin" cookies in blue and white. (1.5 dozen)
