I understand that participation in cookie decorating classes, camps, private parties, and events hosted by Baked by Jul involves hands-on activities including food preparation, handling decorating tools, and participation in group settings. I acknowledge that these activities may involve inherent risks including but not limited to minor cuts, burns, slips, falls, allergic reactions, or other injuries that may occur in a kitchen or event environment. I voluntarily assume all risks related to participation.

I understand that Baked by Jul products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and food dyes. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform Baked by Jul staff of any known food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to participation. I understand that while reasonable precautions are taken, Baked by Jul cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment and is not responsible for allergic reactions.

I agree that participants will follow all instructions provided by Baked by Jul staff to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment. I understand that respectful behavior is expected at all times. I acknowledge that parties, camps, and classes operate on scheduled timelines and agree to respect designated start and end times.

I understand that deposits and event payments are non-refundable but may be transferable with advance notice if rescheduling is necessary.

I release and hold harmless Baked by Jul, its owners, employees, staff members, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in activities, including but not limited to personal injury, allergic reactions, property damage, or loss.

I grant permission for Baked by Jul to photograph or record participants during classes, camps, and events for use in social media, website content, promotional materials, and marketing purposes. I understand that participant names will not be publicly shared without additional permission.

By agreeing below, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant(s), have read and understand this agreement, and voluntarily accept full responsibility for participation.
